Terms of Service
FirmStack, a product of Fusion Labs Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Fusion Labs, Alwar, Rajasthan, India, the maker of FirmStack (“we”, “us”). They apply when you use firmstack.in, the FirmStack app, or any related service (together, the “Service”).
If you use FirmStack for a firm, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that firm. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What FirmStack does
FirmStack is a portal where CA and CS firms can invite clients, collect documents, manage tasks, and create invoices. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will tell you ahead of any change that affects you in a big way.
3. Accounts and roles
A firm’s owner (the “super admin”) creates the firm’s account and decides who else gets access.
Roles are Admin, Staff, and Client. Each role has different permissions, which the firm controls.
Give accurate information, and keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Each login is for one person. Do not share logins.
4. Your clients’ data and your duties
The firm is responsible for the information it puts into FirmStack about its clients. By using the Service, the firm confirms that:
It has the right to collect, upload, and use that information.
It has told its clients what it does with their data, and has any consent it needs.
It follows the laws and professional rules that apply to it, including those on confidentiality.
It decides which staff can see which clients, and keeps those settings correct.
For this data, we act on the firm’s instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. What you must not do
You must not:
Break the law, or upload anything illegal.
Upload content that you have no right to share.
Upload viruses or harmful code.
Try to get into accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
Test, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
Use the Service to harass or harm others, or to send spam.
Resell the Service or make a competing product from it.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Free trial and beta
Free trial: New firms get a 30-day free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using the Service.
Beta: If you join our beta, the Service is free during the beta period [till 30th November 2026] and may have bugs or change often. We may ask for feedback, and you agree that we can use it to improve FirmStack without paying you.
Please keep your own copies of important documents while the Service is in beta.
7. Plans, fees, and payments
Plans and prices will be shown on our website or in the app when we will official launch.
Fees are charged [monthly/yearly] in advance. Yearly plans are discounted 20%.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You agree to its terms for payments.
If a payment fails, we may limit or pause the account after notice.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. The change applies at your next renewal.
Refunds: no refunds for partly used periods, unless the law requires it, or a refund within 7 days of first payment.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create in FirmStack.
You give us permission to store, process, and show your content only as needed to run the Service for you.
You can export or delete your content at any time using the tools in the product.
9. Our rights
FirmStack, its code, design, name, and logo belong to Fusion Labs. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. You may use the Service as set out here while your account is active.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep FirmStack running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may pause the Service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
11. No professional advice
FirmStack is a tool. It does not give legal, tax, accounting, or audit advice. Firms remain fully responsible for their own work, filings, and deadlines. Check anything created in the Service before you rely on it, including invoices and reminders.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make promises about it, including that it will meet your needs, or never lose or corrupt data.
13. Limit of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows:
We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost profits, lost clients, missed deadlines, or penalties that come from using or not being able to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. If something goes wrong because of you
You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs that come from a third-party claim caused by your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.
15. Ending the agreement
You can stop using FirmStack and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or put the Service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will give you notice first.
After the account ends, you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, as set out in our Privacy Policy, except for records we must keep by law.
Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, liability, and governing law) will continue after the agreement ends.
